Project is received from the customer via e-mail (or via fax or cargo if not possible).
Project is examined in detail and its language, subject, area of specialization, number of characters/words are analyzed and whether DTP service is required is determined; then, the customer is provided with a quote and timing.
After receiving the written approval of the customer, we proceed with the translator selection process. The project is started by selecting the most suitable translator for the project from our database consisting of specialist translators.
For coherence, the terminology (if available) provided by the customer is used throughout the project. Otherwise, a suitable terminology is created for the project.
After the translation is completed, it is forwarded to the reviewer. So, the checking process begins. The translated text is checked against grammar, spelling, punctuation, upper case – lower case, proper noun, terminology mistakes and incoherency, and the existing mistakes are corrected.
The reviewed text is forwarded to the DTP specialist to equalize it with the original format (this process is applied at the beginning of the project in some cases).
The text received from the DTP specialist is checked visually, and is forwarded to the DTP specialist again to edit if there is any mistake.
The checked and finalized text is delivered to the customer.
The invoice is issued and sent to the customer.
